Allison Harnden is the Pittsburgh Nighttime Economy Manager. She oversees nightlife planning and management strategies citywide and coordinates with the city's departments, services, policies and resources needed to assure safe, vibrant and sustainable opportunities to socialize. She was previously the vice president of the Responsible Hospitality Institute (RHI), where she worked as an employee and consultant for almost 20 years. During her time with RHI, she has guided more than 45 communities in creating safe social spaces.
