Megan Van Voorhis is the Director of Convention & Cultural Services for the City of Sacramento. With a rich background in dance from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, Megan has led Arts Cleveland (formerly Community Partnership for Arts and Culture), spearheading major public policy, service, and advocacy initiatives for the arts. Currently, she drives Sacramento’s cultural, creative, and tourism strategy, focusing on enhancing conditions through research, collaboration, policy, programming, and investment. Through Megan’s leadership, the City established a new Entertainment Services Division to streamline entertainment-related permitting. Recognized as one of Crain’s Cleveland Business 40 Under 40 and Sacramento Magazine's 100 Notable Business Leaders, Megan continues to shape the cultural landscape.
