The vibrant nightlife with its diverse music venues and all ages dance clubs were what initially brought me to Seattle.

In my 30 years here, I’ve had the opportunity to enjoy and experience the ever-changing art, music and nightlife venues that my city has to offer.  

My background in social service, license and noise regulation and consumer protection provides me with skills to proactively work with nightlife businesses and patrons and work on policies and initiatives to improve the safety of the nightlife community. I co-facilitate the city of Seattle’s Joint Enforcement Team (JET) which is comprised of five city departments, one state agency and one county department.  JET was created to consolidate the number of visits departments/agencies make to provide outreach and enforcement to nightlife businesses during peak hours.

My goal is to be welcoming and transparent to the community while inviting them to collaborate on finding solutions to the challenges of creating a safe, inclusive and thriving nightlife environment.
