Paul Seres is the co-owner of the Hudson House Distillery, a historic building on the Hudson River in upstate New York, producing quality spirits and a unique event space with a boutique hotel. Before opening the distillery, Paul operated several NYC nightlife venues and restaurants in Manhattan. As president of the New York Nightlife Association, he assisted in creating the Nightlife Best Practices Guide and initiated one of the first nighttime economy studies.

In 2012, Paul became a founding trustee of the New York City Hospitality Alliance, a New York City-based trade association and lobbying organization representing bars, cafes, lounges, nightclubs, and destination hotels. He served as RHI board co-chair and speaker at RHI events and international nightlife conferences in Columbia and Ibiza, Spain.
