PHILIP KOLVIN is one of the United Kingdom’s most eminent licensing barristers. His practice spans all fields of licensing, including alcohol and entertainment, gambling, sexual entertainment, taxis, sports, caravans, and the security industry. He acts for national and independent operators, national regulators, local authorities, residents, and community groups.
