Stacey Forrester is a community health advocate with a background in nursing and social justice. She has extensive experience in harm reduction, gender-based violence prevention, and policy development for arts and music organizations. As co-founder of Good Night Out Vancouver, she has worked locally and internationally to improve nightlife safety. Her frontline nursing career focused on supporting people who use drugs, and she has spent over a decade managing harm reduction initiatives at music festivals.

Stacey holds a nursing diploma from Vancouver Island University and a degree in Gender, Race, and Social Justice from UBC, along with specialized training in trauma-informed practice and restorative justice. Her contributions to community safety and inclusion have earned her multiple award nominations, including recognition from the City of Victoria and the Provincial Government.

A published writer and guest lecturer, Stacey has shared her expertise on sexual violence and ethical consent at institutions like McGill and UBC. She has been recognized as an "Activist the World Should Know More About" by Global Citizen and has been featured in Flare, Vice, Buzzfeed, and CBC. Through 4 O’Clock Consulting, she continues to shape policy and create safer spaces in nightlife and entertainment industries.
